No. Every file is read and processed locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, so your photos, videos and audio stay private.
The tool strips EXIF, XMP and ICC data, plus container tags such as MP4 metadata, ID3 tags, APE tags and Vorbis comments. Media data (pixels, frames and samples) is preserved.
No. Metadata removal only deletes tag data. Image pixels, video frames and audio samples are copied without re-encoding, so quality is identical.
